The PEACE, Inc. Big Brothers Big Sisters Program recently wrapped up its summer scavenger hunt, “Big Adventures, Little Discoveries.” Throughout the summer, Bigs and Littles were encouraged to explore their own backyard by visiting local parks, museums, landmarks, and other special places throughout the community.
The scavenger hunt gave Bigs and Littles an opportunity to spend quality time together while discovering more about the community around them. Each adventure offered a chance to learn about local history, explore new places, and enjoy experiences they could share together.
Activities like these help strengthen the connections between Bigs and Littles while encouraging curiosity, learning, and meaningful time together. The summer was filled with big adventures, little discoveries, and memories that will last long after the scavenger hunt ended.
