EISEP (Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program)
Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program (EISEP) provides case management for seniors that include in-home personal care, light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep for non-Medicaid eligible seniors.
- The fee goes according to income. There is no fee for Case Management services.
- Eligibility:-Individuals within the listed areas: Baldwinsville, Lysander, Phoenix, Memphis, Liverpool, and Cicero-Senior must be at least 60 years old and need assistance with personal care, housekeeping, laundry, or meal prep (and is not eligible for Medicaid)-If interested please call Onondaga County Office of Aging at (315) 435-3355 ex 4943 or ex 4693
- Please contact Onondaga County to be referred as a Case Manager cannot take direct referrals
- Other services may be available depending on circumstance and available funding
