Ryann Leach has been part of the PEACE, Inc. family for 21 years. Her journey began as a Head Start parent when Chris Jacob recruited her. Today, one of her two children works in a Head Start classroom, making this connection to PEACE even more special.
Working for Head Start as a single mother allowed her to be a more present parent, with school breaks and summers to spend with her children. She will always be grateful for that opportunity.
She loves working with children and being a small part of keeping them healthy and safe. She also enjoys splitting her time between sites, which gives her the opportunity to meet and get to know so many of her coworkers.
After 21 years, she is grateful for the people, experiences, and memories that have made PEACE such an important part of her life.
